Brass Balls Swings for the Next Level
Tuesday evening, August 6, 2013, Dar Holdsworth invited the media to meet with Toby Keith for the official announcement that they are partnering in his Oklahoma City-based shop Brass Balls Cycles. Media included Chris Maida of American Iron, Cyril Huze, Chris Callen of Cycle Source, Penny Osiecki, Bean’re “The Mayor of Fun” and Marilyn Stemp of IronWorks.
A longtime motorcycling enthusiast, Keith met Holdsworth through the Pros 4 Vets organization when he built a custom bike that was raffled to support the Toby Keith Foundation’s OK Kids Korral project.
“This partnership will help Brass Balls Cycles increase its U.S. market presence, as well as expand the brand internationally,” Holdsworth says. “We will be revealing new and revised models in the near future and, as always, proudly power our bikes with American made S&S V-Twin motors.”
To celebrate the partnership, Toby broke out a bottle Wild Shot Mezcal and toasted to the success of the business. Right before the toast Marilyn Stemp screamed, “I got the worm,” and Keith paused a count and said, “lady, I am certain it’s not the 1st time you got the worm.”
